TLA rates and reimbursements are confirmed by the Housing Office and your finance office — they set what you are entitled to and what is paid back. What we provide is the home itself: furnished short-term housing in the KMC, with the documentation and stay details you need to hand in, so you have a comfortable place to live while your household goods are in transit.
Yes. We are used to providing the apartment details, address, and stay dates in the format the Housing Office asks for, and we respond quickly when they need something confirmed. Your entitlement decision always stays with them — we make sure the paperwork on our side never holds you up.
Orders move — we plan for it. Tell us as soon as you know and we will look at shifting your arrival or departure date. Because this is a short-term furnished stay rather than a German rental contract, adjusting dates is a conversation, not a legal process.
We confirm the exact cancellation terms in writing with your rates before you commit to anything, so there are no surprises. If a PCS delay or a change of orders is behind the cancellation, contact us directly and we will work with you.
